Here is the Parade for the 2019 Upton Upon Severn Jazz Festival (plus a few seconds of my finger). The Parade took place on the Saturday and launched the day's music. Included in the Parade is the youth band Juke's Jazz Society (formerly known as Second Line), and it is being lead by the late Malcolm Hogarth, who was a bit of a friend and mentor to me.
This would prove to be the last Upton Jazz Festival parade, as post covid there have numerous changes to the running of the festival. Will the parade ever return? I don't know, I would imagine hosting it is a bit of a logistical and burocratic nightmare, and probably costs a pretty penny too.
